Five worlds, one platform
- Mussels: Standard, PDO Mont-Saint-Michel, PDO Bouchot Baie de Somme, PGI Bouchot.
- Clams: Standard, Label Rouge, local PGIs.
- Scallops: Standard, Label Rouge, PGI Saint-Brieuc, Organic.
- Shrimp: Standard, Label Rouge, Organic, ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council).
- Cockles: Standard, local qualifications.
Each species has its own configurable maximum consumption window and its own sellability rules. You configure once; OstraOS applies automatically at every packing event.
