A lot can only be sold once it has cleared its regulatory journey. OstraOS handles the switch automatically — no checkbox to tick, no status to edit. The exact moment a lot becomes sellable is recorded and stays visible.
Sellability conditions
- Purification must be completed and compliant with the current regulatory duration.
- If the lot targets an affinage label (Fine de Claire, Spéciale, Pousse en Claire, Label Rouge…), the minimum affinage duration must also be met.
- For unlabelled Standard lots, the only prerequisite is purification: no additional affinage time is required.
Once these conditions are met, the lot appears in sellable-stock listings. Any order can pick it. Before that moment, OstraOS technically prevents reservation — a compliance guarantee, not just a convention.

Sellability rules per quality are configurable. You stay in charge of your craft; OstraOS enforces the rules you have set.
