An order in OstraOS follows a consistent journey, readable by every profile — sales, logistics, accounting. Each step is explicit, each action has its moment, and the system makes sure no step is accidentally skipped. You gain visibility; your customers gain reliability.
One cycle, multiple roles
Sales create the order. The manager confirms it. Logistics prepare and palletise if needed. The driver ships. The customer receives. Accounting invoices. Each role sees what they need to see, does what they need to do, and information flows without re-keying.
