OstraOS is built for every shellfish and shoreline-aquaculture producer. The platform adapts to your specific trade and to your farm's size, without imposing a one-size-fits-all flow that would clash with field reality.
Which activities
OstraOS natively covers the main shellfish and coastal aquaculture trades. Each species ships with its own qualities, labels and pre-configured shelf-life windows.
- Oyster farming: cupped oyster (Magallana gigas) and flat oyster (Ostrea edulis), with all their claire-affinage qualities.
- Mussel farming: bouchot, longline or rope-grown mussels under PDO Mont-Saint-Michel, PDO Bouchot Baie de Somme or PGI.
- Clam farming: clams under Label Rouge or PGI, whether reared or hand-harvested.
- Scallop farming: scallops under PGI Saint-Brieuc, Label Rouge, Organic.
- Shrimp and cockle aquaculture: Standard, Label Rouge, Organic, ASC qualities.
Multi-species natively
Do you grow several species? OstraOS handles them without extra cost or separate setup. A single farm can track oysters, mussels and clams on the same platform.
Which farm sizes
Three plans size OstraOS to your operation and digital maturity. You start on the one that fits and move up when activity or headcount justifies it. A Traceability Pack also exists for farms that want to track production without running their sales through OstraOS.
- Independent producer or micro-business (1 user): Base plan. Customers, items, stock and inventory, sales and invoicing, with 2026/2027 e-invoicing included. Enough to leave spreadsheets behind without losing the essentials.
- SME (up to 5 users): Pro plan. Everything in Base, plus team and role management, the OstraAI assistant, the Pallets module and email support. A good fit for farms organising a team.
- Mid-cap or multi-site (unlimited users): Advanced plan. Everything in Pro, with the label designer, bulk printing, commercial and transport EDI, advanced OstraAI, an optional isolated database and 24/7 phone support.
- Production tracking only (1 user): Traceability Pack. Farms and zones, stock and inventory, full lot traceability, partners. No Sales module: you keep invoicing with your current tool.
For which needs
- Replacing a patchwork of spreadsheets and paper logs: start on Base, move up when the team grows.
- Securing traceability first, without touching invoicing: the Traceability Pack is enough, and the Base plan takes over the day you want to sell from OstraOS.
- Anticipating the 2026/2027 electronic invoicing obligation: the Base, Pro and Advanced plans ship with public-standard generation (Factur-X, UBL, CII, EDIFACT).
- Selling to large retail: the Advanced plan includes the label designer, bulk printing, commercial EDI and transport EDI for DESADV flows.
- Running multi-site or multi-company operations: Advanced offers unlimited users and an optional isolated database to guarantee tenant boundaries.
