From demo request to your first production event: create your OstraOS workspace and get started for real.
Access to OstraOS always begins with a human conversation with our team. Rather than offering a self-service signup where you would land alone in front of an empty dashboard, we take time to understand your farm, your species, your volume and your needs. Once your plan is confirmed, you receive the activation email containing the link to your dedicated workspace and the administrator credentials for your farm.
The process step by step
- Request a trial or demo from the Contact page, mentioning your farm type and the species you grow.
- Our team gets back to you within a few hours (business days) to discuss your needs and the right plan.
- Once your plan is confirmed, we provision your dedicated workspace — transparent for you.
- You receive the activation email with a secure link valid for several days.
- You set your password and immediately reach your dashboard, already preconfigured for your role.
What happens before your first login
Behind the scenes, your workspace is provisioned with your company identity, your initial reference customers if you provided them, and default French regulatory settings (legal notices, payment terms, invoicing formats). You land on a partly-configured OstraOS, not a blank page.
What you can prepare ahead
- Your shellfish-farming approval number and business identifiers (centralised in the company identity).
- The list of species you grow and the zones you operate.
- Your recurring customers with their contact details and payment terms.
- Your usual carriers, which will be offered as defaults on your orders.
Hands-on onboarding included
Our team supports you through the first hours of use to fine-tune your setup, import existing data when needed, and train your team. This onboarding is included regardless of the plan you pick.
What comes next
Once logged in, you can immediately record your first production event (supplier reception, zone transfer), invite your team and configure your farm map. The online documentation guides you through each step, and our support remains available for questions that go beyond the standard path.
