Invite your team

OstraOS is multi-user from day one. Seven role profiles are ready out of the box, each with a dashboard and permissions tailored to the function. The administrator invites each team member by email, picks their profile, and optionally fine-tunes access rights case by case.

Seven roles, seven dashboards

• Administrator: full access to configuration and every section.
• Manager: operational steering, palletisation, lot reconciliation.
• Operator: field-side capture of production events.
• Sales: orders, quotes, customer records, prospecting.
• Biologist: water quality, health checks, analyses.
• Accountant: invoices, payments, collections, receivables.
• Logistician: preparation, palletisation, shipments, transport EDI.

Adding a user happens from the team management area. Every sensitive action (lot reconciliation, payment validation, invoice generation) is recorded by name, simplifying audits and decision-making.
