OstraOS is the first software solution designed end-to-end for shellfish farming. From farm mapping to compliant electronic invoicing, including health traceability and palletisation, everything lives on a single platform — accessible from the office, the foreman's tablet, or an operator's smartphone at the edge of the basin.
One platform, three promises
- Permanently replace spreadsheets and paper logbooks with a tool built for the trade.
- Secure health traceability and regulatory compliance, including 2026/2027 electronic invoicing.
- Give every team member — owner, manager, operator, sales, biologist, accountant, logistician — a dashboard tuned to their role.
OstraOS was born in 2024 in La Tremblade, in direct collaboration with growers from Marennes-Oléron and Brittany. Every feature has been co-built with the people who use it.
