Before your first order or invoice, OstraOS asks you to centralise your farm's official identity. These details flow automatically into every document you generate next: invoices, purchase orders, health labels, EDI files.
The four blocks to fill
- Company identity: legal name, business identifiers, intra-community VAT, shellfish-farming approval number, owner, phones.
- Legal terms: late penalties, early-payment discount, flat-fee recovery indemnity.
- Legal notices: free-form texts shown on your commercial documents.
- GS1 identifiers: GLN and company prefix for your barcodes and health labels.
Remember
Everything is entered once and powers every generated document. No risk of forgetting or mismatching between an invoice and a label.
