Inbound receipts

Every stock intake is captured in seconds from the traceability area. OstraOS distinguishes two flows to match the reality of the trade: the formal supplier reception (which deserves a delivery slip) and the internal intake (which does not).

Spat reception: the formal supplier flow

For an intake from a hatchery or a peer, you enter the species, destination zone, quantity, supplier and health certificate number. A new lot is automatically created and a delivery slip is generated, ready to archive or print.

Generic intake: every other case

For a restock after a check, an internal transfer, or any flow that doesn't need a formal slip, generic intake is faster and more flexible. The lot is created with the same traceability guarantees, without the document overhead.
