Configurable pallet types

Every farm has its own pallet types — Europe, American, half-pallet, custom wood. OstraOS lets you configure as many as needed, with their precise physical attributes. The palletisation engine then adapts automatically.

Four essential attributes

• Dimensions: length × width × height, in the unit you prefer.
• Tare: empty pallet weight, included in gross-weight calculations.
• Max weight: the physical limit beyond which a new pallet is created.
• Stackability: whether pallets can be piled to optimise transport.

You configure these types once in the settings, and each order picks the most suitable. If a customer enforces a specific model (Euro pallet, for example), you can set it as default on their record.
