Automatic packing optimisation

Manual palletisation is time-consuming and error-prone: a forgotten parcel, an over-weight pallet, a poorly-filled pallet leaving you with a wasted half-pallet. OstraOS automates this spread at order creation, respecting the physical constraints of each pallet type.

A reliable and explainable logic

• The system takes the items to ship and spreads them across available pallets.
• Each pallet is filled respecting the maximum weight and the tare (pallet weight).
• If an item doesn't fit the current pallet, a new pallet is created automatically.

You see the result before validation and can override manually if your trade dictates a specific logic (for instance: never mixing oysters and mussels on the same pallet). You keep control; the spreading work is delegated.
