OstraOS ships with a ready-to-use catalogue of business events, designed with working growers. Twenty-five distinct events, grouped in six families, cover the entire lifecycle of a lot — from spat arrival to customer shipment.
Six families of events
- Inbound and outbound: supplier reception, spat intake, sale shipment, forced allocation.
- Operations: zone transfer, grading, regrading, sorting, bagging, collector setup, packing.
- Quality: affinage start and end, purification start and end, quality change, meat-yield test.
- Monitoring: water-quality check, official health inspection.
- Losses: mortality, predation, weather, theft.
- Transformations: split, merge.
Each event carries its own business fields — quantity, weight, reason, operator, date. All flow automatically into the lot's traceability and, when relevant, into the farm-wide stock.
Tip
A dedicated view lists every event type with its stock impact — increases, decreases or neutral. Handy when onboarding a new team member.
