Dashboard overview
Customisable by professional role, with no technical setup.
The dashboard is the first thing a user sees when logging in. OstraOS composes it automatically based on their role: a salesperson doesn't see the same thing as a biologist or an accountant. Everyone lands on what they actually need, with no extra noise.
Seven roles, seven dashboards
- Administrator: global steering, financial and operational KPIs.
- Manager: orders, shipments, production indicators.
- Operator: recent events, active lots, alerts.
- Salesperson: revenue, top customers, pending orders, upcoming deliveries.
- Biologist: water quality, lots in affinage, recent losses, alerts.
- Accountant: unpaid invoices, collections, receivables, overdues.
- Logistician: orders to prepare, pallets in progress, latest shipments.
Each user can customise their blocks: enable or disable what they need, regardless of their base role. The administrator keeps hand on each user's permissions, block by block.
Tip
Blocks are the same for every role — only the default selection changes. You can give an operator access to revenue if it makes sense, or remove losses from a salesperson's view.
